How we handle your data

When you hand us a device, you are trusting us with what is on it. This page explains what we do with it, and with the details you give us when you start a case.

Your device and its contents

• Only the engineer assigned to your case can access your device and the working copy we make of it.
• We open files only to verify that a recovery worked. We never browse, copy or share your content.
• Our working copy is erased once you confirm receipt of your recovered data. A wipe certificate is available on request.
• A non-disclosure agreement can be signed before your device reaches the lab.

Your contact details

• We use your name, phone and email to run your case: diagnosis, quotes, status updates and return delivery.
• We do not sell or share them. We send marketing email only if you subscribe to the newsletter, and you can leave at any time.

Reviews

A review appears on the website only if you choose to share it after your case closes and tick the box allowing your name and city to be shown.
